3. Payment Terms

• Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices for services are as quoted on our website or provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

4. Booking and Cancellations

• All service bookings must be made in advance.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

• If you cancel or reschedule within 12 Hours, a cancellation fee of $50 may apply.

• We are not responsible for any damage to items that are not disclosed prior to the service, or if the service is altered at the customer's request after confirmation.

6. Liability

• While we take every precaution to ensure your property is treated with care, we are not liable for any accidental damage or loss unless caused by negligence or misconduct on our part.

• In case of damage or loss, you must report it to us within 6 Hours of the service for a review of the claim.
